Story
Hi, I’m Will, the person behind Just Flat Whites. I’ve spent over 10 years working as a barista, developing a real passion for great coffee and the craft that goes into making every cup just right.
This business also means a lot on a personal level. I’m incredibly lucky to have the support of my wonderful partner and our two amazing girls, who have encouraged me every step of the way. Without them, Just Flat Whites simply wouldn’t exist. Their support is a big part of why I’m so passionate about building something special, sharing great coffee with great people and being part of memorable moments along the way.
Over the years I’ve worked with thousands of customers, learning that coffee is as much about the experience and connection as it is about the drink itself. Now based in Hampshire, I started Just Flat Whites to bring high-quality, barista-made coffee to private events, weddings, and celebrations across the local area. Whether it’s a relaxed morning gathering or a full wedding day, my aim is always the same: to serve amazing coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits the coffee bar.
